The event is a chance for us to all gather with excitement for our 72nd season and to celebrate the successes of the last season and this summer's Faulkner Chamber Music Festival. Our treasurer Randal Hundley has been kind enough to open the doors of his lovely home in Little Rock to host this party. You will not want to miss out, and guests are also welcome to join us!
The Chamber Music Society operates with the generous support of grants that we apply for annually, but our main and most indispensable source of funding comes from YOU. Becoming a sponsor ensures that we can continue to bring in world-class artists year after year. Every visiting artist will meet with and coach our young local talent. They’ll also visit our public schools and universities, helping all in attendance to explore music and to get creative. These activities are necessary to keep live music in Arkansas today and tomorrow.
On the night of the 11th, we’ll have a fundraising goal of $5,000 and to renew all subscriptions. Last year, we raised over $3,000, which went to our educational outreach efforts for students in Arkansas. Any amount you are able to give in addition to your subscription will go towards meeting our creative and community engagement goals. We all look forward to seeing you on October 11th!
